Maxicool is an owner operated and managed business. Every project from estimating to onsite project management is personally managed and overseen by the owner.

Working closely with you, the client, I make sure that there are no corners being cut. The scope that has been agreed and designed, is the scope that it will be built to.

Every design and construct project has to meet local and industry by laws and as such we won’t engage in “cheap and cheerful” for an outcome that simply works or “fit for purpose” but is not compliant.

Service & Maintenance of your Air Conditioning System
Over the years and borne typically from new mechanical services projects, we have been asked if we would undertake the service and maintenance of existing assets, this allows us to look after the newly installed project under the mandatory DLP (Defects and Liability Period) which is typically one year from practical completion, while including existing assets in the same service.

We do not offer a 24/7 service but we do offer normal working hour service work.
The service work is hence offered to clients who engage in routine maintenance of their assets on a calendar type arrangement where servicing and breakdown repairs are not required after hours, i.e. non-essential services.
